clear cab lights

Has anyone tryed the LED clear cab lights from LMC?

1997 F-350 4x4 ,XLT ,LB, SRW, S5-42 5 spd, 4.10, 125,000 mi.
- Dp tuner , RDS stg 1's,D66, T444E pedestal, Autometer Z series Pyro/ boost, Diy Idm mod , shimed FPR, ccv mod, Diy Intake, 7.3 IC, Southbend Con o, 3" dp-4" Hog-6" Aussie stacks.
- 3" rsk, rear 2" add a leaf, 35" BFG all-terrains on 16x10 MT Classic II's, xrf ball joints and tie rods.
- line x'd rear bumper, clear headlights, turn signals, cab lights, 3rd brake and tail lights.
- Sittin in the garage, coolant filter kit, 203* stat.
- Next, Adrenaline, fuel syst. etc......

Not yet but am planning on getting them soon. They look pretty sharp in my opinion.

I bought the amber lights from LMC and just put them on my 95. Then I bought white light LED bulbs because of all the hype on how good they are. To test them I installed them in two of the five lights. The amber color looked good with regular bulbs. But the two LED bulbs made the amber lens look green. So I put the regular bulbs back in. I'm sure since they are sold as a unit the clear ones will look good with LED bulb, just a lesson for me. Six LED bulbs from Advanced Auto $33...ouch! Just need to find a place to use them.

They are 194 replacements so you could use them in the instrument cluster if they are white leds. If they are amber bulbs you could use two of them in the corner lights on the front of the truck.

Clear what turn green in three months? Are you referring to the clear cab light lenses or the clear led bulbs? If you are referring to the clear cab light lenses, how do you know this? Chinese lenses. Maybe not green, but a mixture of green/yellow. It takes a long time though, 6 months or so, which is pretty dang long lived for a chinese lense really, so you get good life out of it. 6 months clear, the rest green/yellow which is even better.

1997 F350CC, 4x4, PSD Tipper pro kleenex open filter. Roggen 6" lift kit with 26" ratflex 12" offset tires. Downpipe cut and welded to adapt 3" into a 12" outlet. 12" muffler cut and adapted to 2", then a special turbo manifold from a volkswagon modified to flank out to 3" to the tail pipe. Interior from a Corvair modified by cutting 6" off the padding. Snize and snide 32gallon aux tank mounted in rear seat, rear seat relocated to bed. Bed shortened to 4ft.

i dont think led lights will dim in the insterment cluster,try em and let me know,,,,,,has anyone used leds in tail lights just replacements in stock housings and how do they look?any brighter?

Lights look good! I really like the chrome base. Do you know if these lights are the same shape as the amber ones listed in LMC as 49-3700? They look the same to me.
