i thought i had fixed the oil leak when i had the motor out but it is still leaking.

i replaced the 2 o-rings between the pedestal and the block and the 2 between the pedestal and turbo with o-rings out of an o-ring kit i had, is the ones from ford different, mabey thicker? they looked the same. i dont see oil coming out of the rod so i think the only place left is those o-rings? could i dissasemble again and put some grey rtv on the matting surfaces or would that be a no-no?
