how safe is a 120 or 130 hp diablo sport chip for my 96 f-350

It would be fine, although you'll never see that much HP gain with stock injectors (they will be "fuel limited" and not be able to provide enough fuel to see 120 or 130). Cheers!

Adam,
I would try a DP Tuner or a Tony Wildman tuner. They will customize the chip to your needs. Also, if you upgrade later the chip can be re-programmed to your mods. Good Luck

what size injectors should i get if i keep the diablo? Thanks for the replys.

Personally, if I got new injectors I'd get a Tony Wildman chip to go with them (to take better advantage of the modified injectors). Cheers!
