Supercab79, I ran the same obstacle course you did to get my chip. Tony is a really nice guy but after a while I got tired of calling and emailing and just called it good enough.

I apologize to all who have tried to contact me, especially lately, new job, things are hectic, 8hrs at normal work, emails to answer when I get home, phone calls to return, generally get thru at my desk around 9:30 or so at night, kids want to play, wife wants to play, blah blah blah,

Marc, no need to worry, Jody will take good care of you, if you want me to buy your chip back, let me know, or get ahold of soaggydogg@yahoo.com he will take it off your hands today.

Again, I apologize for the issues, trust me they were not intentional.

Jody has excellent customer service and you will be happy with his product I have no doubt.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy but I even have to wait in line to talk to Tony. I would be interested so PM or email.

Good luck with DP Tuner.

This is why I got out of the tranny business, too many headaches, day job pays too good to quit.

I love my Tony Wildman chip.

No offense Tony, but maybe you should do this FULL time! Everyone seems to think your the BEST, so raise your prices and make money. You can keep your hours, your customers, and still keep that down home chip programmer image intact. I have a DP chip and have been told I should "UPGRADE" to a TW by reputable guys in the powerstroke business, alot of them you know. Maybe I'm just rambling, but thats how I started my business.

Anyway my buddy is running a DP 4 pos on his 2002 and loves it and customer service is great. So if anyone is running a DP in there OBS any feed back would be great. Also do you think anyone would be interested in the Twildman chip after I take it out? If so I'll post it in the for sale area.
Thanks Marc
I would hang on to that TW chip if I were you. Then you can compare the two and see what suits your truck and your driving style the best. Sounds like Tony is semi caught up now so get the tweaks you were looking for.

And thats why I still like Tony......

See everyone here jumps to conclusions that I'm bad mouthing Tony when infact I did not want to even post that whole story. All I asked was how does anyone like their DP chip. Well anyway as you can see Tony did reply and even offered to buy back the chip. And believe me I can understand being busy. So Thank you Tony for the offer and thank you for the responce. That takes class.

Getting rid of a TW chip? WOW! maybee it's heat stroke or something - but I'm getting burried in my Dress Blue's from the Army, my daughters baby blankets in one hand, and my TW chip in the other.

I figure if heaven is everything they say it is - I better bring a change of underwear and my TW chip

If I could fit Jon's tranny I would bring that also.

The way I drive, I doubt very seriously that I will make it to Heaven! Probably some place a bit more South of Heaven is more likely.

Seems a little harsh when you read "Ditching my TWild Chip for a DP......." on the subject line...I have a feeling thats why some guys jumped all over you
