I just did 2, but both are 5spd rigs so results might not be the same. If you keep the engine speed up, there is a noticable advantage especially with a load behind/on. Is it like an actual exhaust brake? Compared to my neighbors new Dodge 6.7, no, but it cost me all of $20 vs a new pickup!! Check out Steve Baz's site for info, or run a search here. The only thing I'd have done different is not built the 2nd tie-in where the exhaust brake can be triggered by the brake pedal. Seems like its just as easy to reach out and flip the switch.
