injectors for stage 1-2 are cheap from rosewood diesel as long as you have the patience to do them yourself. with his kits ;> i did my stage 1s and was first time working on my diesel and something that intricate to the system. now 15k later still runnin like a champ.

Also E-Fuel i did my system up for about 500-550ish

if you have any questions about the e-fuel parts let me know and ill answer em just PM me

The Donaldson paper filters, typically associated with an open-air intake such as the Tymar, offer more reliable filtration than the k&n.

The IDM mod bumps the injector firing voltage up from 90 volts (on early models) to around 140.

End of the road...dude you've just started!!! Enjoy the ride!!

In review of your mods I would suggest E-fuel next.....then 'jectors..heh heh...

In the meantime do a search on shimming the fuel regulator. Also clean your fuel screen inside the fuel bowl with Q-tips it's on the side of the fuel bowl you will have to pull out the fuel filter.....will help it idle smoother.

Do a search on boost fooler mod.
High pressure oil cross over to balance oil pressure in respective high pressure heads.
Crank case vent mod to rid oil from getting into your IC.
Do reserch on high pressure oil systems to work with future injectors....

Looks to me you have an excellent base from which to add more stuff....what kind of tranny do you have?

Boost foolers are not required as tuners can solve the problem with tunes..TW for one.

E-fuel completely deletes everything in the engine valley pretty much ;> and no 10 friggen small peices of hose in the valley to leak. Look here at near bottom of page, no loss of fuel pressure at low rpms also since it will have an electric pump applying a constant and fuel pressure and the fuel is filtered 10xs better ;>

i do not have an intercooler as of yet as i cant find a spider once i find a spider then ill get the rest. "spider" is the part that directs the airflow to the IC incase you didnt know. right now pulling flatland i dont have a problem but im guessing i will when i end up doing grade pulling...

Yeah, I want to go with bigger injectors but don't want to put a IC on, looks to be a big PITA..but the price you have to pay for more power, I have many other things to get fixed before I do that though
