My valve sticks on for way longer than it should, how hard is it to gut out? I don't need it do I?

Thanks for any help

Gutting an 02 is even easier an a first gen PSD.... do a search for gutting EBPV. Don't forget to consider the acutator rod mod on the turbo pedistal or it will start leaking oil shortly after.... just went thru this myself.... left me having to unexpectidly pull off the turbo pedistal etc.... easy enough, but when you count on your truck as a daily driver it would be perferable to know what you are getting into before starting a mod....

I opted to buy a new turbo pre-gutted... You don't need that thing at all. Annoying is all it is.

Unless you want a cheap exhaust brake, which is really handy when towing in the mountains.
