Fuel Pressure Guage - Diesel Forum

Hi Everyone,

I want to put a fuel pressure gauge on. I know there a port off the fuel filter.

Is there a specially made guage for diesels because of the fuel eating non-diesel rubber?

What fittings do I need to just screw it into the filter bowl port?

I have the reg. return, but the principal is the same, just not the source.

I used an autometer phantom 0-100psi gauge with an electric sender about as big around as your pinky treaded right into the gauge port on the aeromotive reg. and mounted the gauge in the dash right where the ESOTF switch would be. Perfect viewing and easy install. Under-hood doesn't tell you much.
