Complete inside cab doors floor and headliner completely DynaMat Extreme lined.Late model 3 pinion posi trac installed. SD Starter. LoJack installed.
There are some photos in my signature of the way I chose to do it. The CAT final filter is very well respected it seems and the base is not expensive at all at. The prefilter you can get in many flavors you just have to decide what you want to go with although I am very happy with my choice on that so far. I only ran one pump since I have small injectors and also reused the factory lines. I would run two pumps in parallel if I was going to run two.
BDP has a nice set up that saves all the running around and fabricating so you should certainly look at that to see if it is right for you. A third way you can go that is nice as well is switch to a SD HPOP reservoir and used a SD bowl in the valley with a regulated return kit. That avoids having any filters under the truck and lets you tuck the pump in the frame rail. If you decide on that route I have a new SD bowl I need to sell.
Good Luck

I am trying to tell by the picture does the fuel enter the filter with the water seperator first and then go through the pump or just the opposite. can you give me any part numbers or other info on this.
[/ QUOTE ]
The fuel enters into the water separator and pre filter first. I have a 30 micron element on there right now that seems to be just fine with minimal restriction per the gauge. The it goes through the pump then the 2 micron cat filter. Both of those heads willl take larger filters if you want. The larger CAT filter is a IR-0749.
The water separator was from http://www.reliableindustries.com part number 33640. I just put a different element on it. They had the best price I could find with a lot of searching around.
The final filter head was from http://www.fleetfilter.com part number 24770. They also had the best price but you can get it at NAPA for ten dollars more. Fleetfilter will also have any of the elements you might want for a good price as well.
Most of the photos have some part numbers and such in the comments. They are just a little hard to spot with the new webshots format. This has been discussed some lately as a few guys have been going electric recently.

[/ QUOTE ] I have some pic's in my sig of my 2 pump setup. I couldn't find a large enough selector valve so I took out my front tank and went with a 33 gal bronco tank. I started with a stainless steel 5/8" pick-up tube to my first frame mounted filter (30 micron) then I went out of that filter with two 3/8" push lock fuel lines into the two electric pumps, then back into the other filter (10 micron), out of that filter I went with two 3/8" lines all the way up to the back of each head. On the front of each head I came out with 3/8" push lock line into the Regulator then out of the regulator I used one 3/8" push lock line for the return back into the tank. I ran each pump on its own relay because up here in the cold winter it's always good to have a back-up system .
This set up will hold 72PSI at WOT for the entire 1/4 mile with my 315 CC injectors.

[/ QUOTE ] At the track a few weeks ago I played with unplugging one pump then making a pass, the fuel pressure was dropping quickly down the track, it went from 72PSI to 40 PSI when I tripped the lights, So the single pump would get you home without ANY problem if you did loose one and without a pressure gauge to some klind of light, you might not even notice on pump not being on.
