i got my ts 6 pos chip in and it is ten times faster except a few things : one...it smokes ALOT but i figured it would and two when i go to floor it sometimes theres a hesitation but if i back off it sounds like the truck smoothens out soo much and it just pulls hard and then i can gas it and it will pull hard but theres a slight hesitation.... could this be bec i dont have a down pipe yet?
or my injectors because it gets worst the higher the setting but it runs pretty smooth in the 75 setting an the 125 i can feel a differeance but i dont know if it is....

Without injectors your not going to get more than 50-75hp so anything more than the 75hp setting is a waste...for now. You really need to get rid of that K&N pice of trash before you waste a engine. Get a 4" exhaust and 3-4" dn pipe from Dale@tymar. Do a bb mod for some more fuel pressure. And get some guages [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

ok thanks for the input and what filter should i replace with teh duralast one and anyone know the part number....pyro is going in in about 1 hr from now thanks for the tips, so the hesitation is from what the injectors or fuel press? bec it goes like hell while just touching it and then gradually slamming it it pulls like mad....heheh last night i beat a new jetta...and a beamer man the looks on there face was priceless

He will set you up with everything you need for an intake and exhaust.
ANd as for the hesitation, that has a lot to do with your down pipe creating way too much back pressure. It is keeping your turbo from spooling freely.
