i just got an email from Geoff from GTS he is take order for intercooler tubing kits again . just thought i would let everyone read so if anyone wanted one .
I am very sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I
don’t want to bore you with details but I have had a
lot of stuff going on that I’ve been dealing with over
the last few months and haven’t had the time or
facilities readily available to put intercooler kits
together. To make matters worse my computer has been
down for a little while with a virus so that’s made it
difficult to keep track of invoices and peoples’
orders. I am a one man business so when these things
take up my time it effects me being able to get kits
made and shipped. So rather than taking orders and
not being able to fill them I just stopped taking
orders.
I am getting ready to put together an order for parts
for the intercooler kits. I am going to be taking
orders until the end of the month at which time I will
place an order for parts to get the kits together.
Depending on how many orders I get it will take 2-4
weeks to get the parts, make the kits, box them up and
ship them out. I regret that it will take so long to
get the kits shipped but under the current
circumstances I can only work on the kits on the
weekends because I don’t have access to a shop to work
during the week. I hate that I keep getting requests
for the kits and haven’t been able to supply them and
this is the only way I can do it right now so rather
than just leave everyone hanging any longer I am going
to do my best to meet the needs of those who want the
kits. There is a lot of manual labor that goes into
each kit so it takes some time to get them done.
For those who want to order and prepay for a kit I am
going to keep the price at $595.00. Once this order
is placed at the end of the month those who didn’t
prepay will pay the new price of $675.00 for the kits.
If I get 10 or more orders for complete kits I will
drop an additional $20.00 off each kit. If you want
Stainless Steel pipes add $85.00 to the price of the
kit. I hate to increase the price of the kits but due
to the cost of materials going up and the labor I put
into each kit that I up to now haven’t been including
in the price of the kits the price just has to go up.
This is still a very worth while kit at that price.
With intercoolers readily available for $150-$200 that
makes a total cost of the intercooler $900 on the high
side and that’s still $100 cheaper than the next
cheapest kit which would be the ATS kit which uses
smaller pipes and a smaller core. If you would like
to order a kit I accept paypal to gtsmotorsport@yahoo.com or check or money order to the
address below.
Please e-mail me with any questions and I will do my
best to get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you
for your patience.

Sorry GTS I already made my own kit.....A year is a little too long to wait. It would have been a whole lot easier to order a kit but I learned much and saved a few bucks too.

I got nothing for or against GTS, but the Banks piping looks very clean....
I have a question...say I put in Banks piping now, and later I seriously upgrade including 3" intakes, and a QSSB or Turbonetics or such. Will I be able to use a SD 3" Y pipe or?????

couldnt tell ya about that, you'll have to figure it out...I have my own issues, I am not sure about fitment with my RSK kit, as well as the huge V10 tranny cooler I got on there...so as you can see, I have my own issues, but they will get fixed

Well I know of a obs 95 psd that did 509hp with 2in intakes so I say whats the point \
I just installed the banks kit I found a used banks sd IC about 6 months ago and I ordere a banks pipe kitfor $380.00 to my door it worked well the kit comes with all 4 boots all the hardware bolts even rubber bushings. and the banks spider. But if you have seen a banks spider the turbo side is seprate from the intake side so all you have to do is mod the turbo side a little and it's done. with the banks spider you don't have to worry about your 2 in boots blowing off since it bolted down to the vale cover. also every thing is podwer coted also.

The stock turbo hot side pipe will not work with a QSSB or a H2E. The cold side probably won't work either depending on the Y-pipe setup. The Hypermax 94-97 is longer and goes over the valve cover where the bigger 00-03 Y-pipe is shorter.
I made my own pipes from u-bends and 90* bends and with boots and clamps it wasn't that difficult.
