Headed to Brian's monday morning

i have a appointment monday morning first thing for Brian to fix me up . if you have been following my post will you know i bought a 2wd 97 that i pulled the injectors , and s/d hpop out and put in my truck . the 2wd also had a BTS trans in it so Brian is going to change it over to 4wd . i cant wait because now i have to let out to get my truck to sift with the big injectors. i hear ya...my tranny wont shift anymore when im on it until i let off the go pedal a little bit. cant wait til the POS explodes.

Is that just certain gears, or all of them? Mine won't whift into overdrive while accelerating until 3500. It doesn't even have to be WOT.
And under light acceleration it won't even lock T/C until I let off, then it locks AND drops into OD. Unless I punch it quick-like then the T/C will lock. Is this normal?

mainly just into second gear is when it really wont shift, seems to shift ok into the other gears. i am no tranny expert but i think you have a problem from what you described. hope you get it figured out.

got back from Brian's about an hour ago . that was a trip i would love to make again Brian and his crew were great . some of the nicest people i have met and they really know there sh!t . we left sunday at about 1:00pm and got to Branson at about 5:30 . we found a motel for 35.00 then went out Lone Star for a steak and many beers . crashed at about 9:00 then got up 5:00 (couldnt' sleep to excited) . got some food at Lenny's i mean Denny's . stop by Krispy Kreme and got the guys some doughnuts . then drove the 50 min to his shop . we all went to to local cafe for lunch i recommend the cheezy beef sandwich . anyway they got me done at around 2:30 . we left buy 3:00 and after one stop in Cuba we got home at 7:45 . once again a big thanks goes out to everyone for the crew at Brian's Truck Shop . thanks Andy

the trans is going great !!!! i have been driving all over and giving rides i even pulled some 4wd launches last night . if i build about 10psi of boost and stab it the truck will not move just boil the tire off . i have a trac lock that i have to put new clutches to go in the truck . maybe next week .
