Is the truck that the chip came out of the same pcm code as yours? Since its a banks chip it will prolly be a single bank and if the pcm code isn't the same it will not work. Since you said its making the clicking sound, then I would be dollars to donuts that the chip is making contact, just wrong code.

what should i do? Do i send it out to banks? or do i just sell it?

First check with whoever you bought it from to find out for sure the code that is on it, then go from there, call banks and find out how much to reburn it to your code.

I would find out what pcm code its for. If you have to send it to banks and pay to have them reburn it. I would just sell the chip. and get a tony wildman chip. better tunes and more adjustable for future mods.

I had the Bully chip, not the Banks, for about 2 months, then bought tony's. There is no comparison, go with tony's.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of showin up safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, hunting rifle in one hand and shifter knob in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
Finger nail polish or any other chemical isn't doing the PCM board any good. Some chemicals will separate the board and case more issues.
