Yes, they are what you want if its a top overload with the spacer between it and the leaf pac. If you don't need the top overload then "A"'s will work.
Problem is that Ford had to keep engineers employed changing part #'s etc every *** year!
For 2002,
A = 6,084 pounds @ground = F-250
B = 6,840 pounds @ground = F-350 SRW and some F-250s
