Re: help starting problems!!!!!!

did u poor oil in the rails or take out one of the plugs and crank till it filled up, i did the latter and worked fine. also maybe try pushin on the schrader valve on reg to make sure u have fuel/pressure. also did u crank the engine over w/o glowplugs in to make sure everything was out. well u must have if you have been cranking already or it wouldnt crank sorry just noticed that. good luck.

Re: help starting problems!!!!!!

check the hpop level (oil should be about 1" from the top) and then just keep on cranking. It took mine a while to get started. David was beginning to doubt beans injectors.........

Re: help starting problems!!!!!!

i was starting to doubt these DIY kits but ain't going to just yet. still yet to check the oil level in the HPOP. i don't think this would have anything to do with it but i did replace the front seal in the timeing cover so i removed the harmonic balancer but it only comes off and goes on one way so i would think the timing would be off. just a lil more for ya'll to go on. thanks Jr.
