Call GOS racing they are a site sponsor. They have the heavy duty harness, I have one of theirs. Very high quality product and good price. I don't think you could gather the parts and build it any cheaper one at a time.

Apparently PIIA has some 100/130 "equivalent" bulbs that are suppose to be awesome! Not sure on the life of aftermarket bulbs though.
Hey Dale. Do you know if this new wiring system would be robust enough to handle auxullary lights? I used to hook my aux lights to my high beams so that I didn't have to worry about switches. These new lights I run are much more powerful (Light Force) that I would be concerned the current system wouldn't take the 'heat'.
Also, did the system make your stock lights brighter?
Anyone have details on how to mod the high beams so that BOTH low and high come on in the high beam setting?

To make the lows stay on with the highs you need to put a diode from the low socket to the high socket in the stock headlight plug that is unused after the relay mod.

What size diode? I can easily get 30A but nothing higher. Is that enough?

That will work fine. It doesn't really matter it only has to be enough to trip the relay, not power the lights. I have a very small one in mine and it works fine. I used a radio shack 276-1101 which is only like 1A (30A surge).
I believe the diode that I used in mine was 12v 2 or 3 amp. I got it at Radio Shack.
