How big of tires can you go with a 4 inch lift?

How big a tire can you go on a 95 F-250 super cab long bed with a 4 inch lift?

Re: How big of tires can you go with a 4 inch lift?

Got the stock wheels. Are the 315 75 16s 35s? What is the tire size if you go 37s? Are 37s even possible with the stock rims??

Re: How big of tires can you go with a 4 inch lift?

I clear 35" tires with my 4" lift on my F-250. Any bigger would not clear without bumper shimming. When my tires were BRAND new they would OCCASIONALLY rub at full lock on a fast turn...after about 500 miles on them, not another rub (now have 60k miles on same tires)

yes , 325/75R16(i think) and yes it's possible but it won't handle very well. Too much sidewall flex

Re: How big of tires can you go with a 4 inch lift?

I got 285 75 16s on stock right now. But I'm putting in a 4 inch superlift with Pro Comp shocks. I think the 285s are about 32-33s but I want to go a little bit bigger once I get the lift. I also have 4.10 gears.

Re: How big of tires can you go with a 4 inch lift?

Saw (not kidding didnt have my camera for proof) an 96' stroker 4x4 F250 the other day, had an add a leaf in the front, thats it, had 37/14.5's swampers on it. This thing was so slammed, I dont even think it could turn, rediculous. So...back to the point should be able to run some 37's with a little bumper shim.
