I used an air hammer to drive em out, a long bolt, heavy washers, a nut, and an impact to drive em in.
By far the worst part is trying to line em back up to put the bolts in. You'll need a couple floor jacks and an assortment of pry bars to get em lined up. I even had to drop the leaf spring on one side....
While you have access make sure the bolts are tight on the pivot brackets, mine were a little loose, Ford even had a tsb about em loosening up..
