I have an interesting Problem

I have a 4 position TW chip, in the third position (heavy pull) only the engine completely dies when I let up on the pedal. It throws a code that indicates problem with the CPS. It only does this in position 3. I changed CPS sensors thought I had it fixed but the problem is back.

Any ideas?

Sent my chip to TW but he couldn't find anything wrong so he sent me a new chip with some different burns. All seems to be working good.

Tony sure takes care of his customers. Would recommend him to anyone.

Empty, I don't know it doesn't get very high even in the hills.
pulling my 5'er and bass boat I still have to watch it close it will get to 12 on steep hills.

Thanks tgorsuch, thought I would check, mine never sees under a 1000 when towing, makes pulling hills tough.
