I need to find another inlet to the block, my Kim Hotstart isn't working

It's circulating fully when the motor is running at full temp and hot. The Tank Heater is hot to the touch as are all of the hoses, both in and out.

These are the same as Kats Tank Heater only bigger, same principle.

After it sits and gets all the way cold I plug it in and immediately the tank heater gets all the way hot and the hose I have going up to my front heater core gets all the way hot, 140 degrees, but then after it goes through my front heater core and back into the block and etc. it is just a little bit warm and the engine itself is only slightly warmed if at all.

The return hose that feeds from the block, the one near the oil filter that I have feeding is almost cold too.

I'm not circulating, I need to find a "in" port directly into the block. You can't hardly see or get at anything in these vans.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I found an inlet 3/8 drive 1/2 inch plug on the passenger side head at the back, just below the back bottom corner of the valve cover. I'll hook the rest of the way in there tomorrow. I got to get an elbow nipple. 1/2 x 5/8 hose.
