I have posted this so many times ..wish it would become a sticky
very easy..buy a RS Kit from Sky or ORU, install it 4" forward from where the instructions show it. Notch the bumper bottom end or relocate it forward to clear the front RS hanger.
Use V code front and B code rear SD springs, use SD bolts or 3/4" grade 8 bolts to bolt springs up you will need to drill out spring eyes and hangers to match the bolts used.

Must IMO use a adj track bar and correctly valved Bilsteins and longer SS brake lines. Droped Pitman arm is optional, High steer for a KP axle is best.

Feel free to check my pics or PM me.

ok...so I have finally located some front SD springs...Should springs from a 2000 F250 work? I have a 4 inch lift...do the SD stock sit that much higher? Also, am I wasting my time doing the swap without the RS kit? And, is it ok to only do the fronts with SD and leave the rear stock until I can find them? Thanks so much and Happy 4th of July to all!

Depends which springs you got. The 'best' to use are V codes. W are a step up from V's and X' are a step up from W's. You'll gain +/- an inch with the V's, maybe 1.5 with the W's & X's (from what I've read). The SD springs are a tad over 3.5" longer than the OBS springs. You'll have to do something to make them fit. The RSK 'fixes' a design flaw and moves the shackles to the rear of the spring where they belong. The RSK, along with the SD springs greatly improves the ride. The RSK will add about 3" of lift, unless you go with SKY's 5" RSK, for 5" of lift.
You can just do the fronts, but you'll need at least 4" blocks to level out the ride if you go with the 3" kit.

Thanks so much! Ok...One last question...how do I tell if they are V codes or W or X? I have not physically seen the springs yet...are they stamped or how can I tell?
Thanks again!

You will see a stamped spring code in the spring..or look at the trucks door decal.
