injectors

I have a 95 F350 with 176,000 miles. I here the injectors should be replaced after 125,000. Any comments on this and are re-manufacured ones a good way to go?

Who told you that ? I want some of what they are smoking . My Injectors have over 260 k and are fine . They may need O-ring replacement but gennerally they last a long time unless you add the wrong additive to your fuel , put gasoline in the tank , use garbage fuel etc.etc. etc.

If your going to replace them, I went with BDP (Beans Diesel Performance) Stage I's absolutely love them. I basically had a dead one so I replaced them all.

Whomever told you that should have to foot the bill for new injectors. It's complete BS. Not to say that they can't go bad after 125k, but not likely.

Are you having any trouble?
How does your truck run?
How does your truck start?
How does your truck smoke?
How much oil does your truck use?

Jon - your truck with 250000 miles should of at least had new o rings on the injectors by this time. If none of the valve covers were ever pulled off then I would suspect UVC harness problems or loose connectors on VC as well as weak glow plugs. Was the ICP and IPR ever replaced?
At this miles you should at least have the truck scanned for any codes to see if any thing is showing up. Also the fuel pressure should be checked with tire gauge at the schrader valve on side of fuel filter canister. As far as your injectors with 250000 miles, yes they could be having poppet valve wear and could also cause performance problems but if any of the other problems are there thay need to be found or Beans injectors will not cure them.

valve covers off when new glow plugs couple years ago
just put new fuel pump in pressure is 50 psi the spring was ruined by the shimmed fpr spring was shaped like a ? when i removed it the current spring is the stiffest one ace hardware had since the ford dealer said the plunger and spring rebuild kit is no longer made(so they say)
the oil pump was replaced same time as glow plugs ipr came with it
so do you think i might be ok with the rosewood rebuild.

What brand o-rings does this kit use? Are they quality parts? I posted a thread regarding the DIY kit but got no response. I want to rebuild my injectors also. I have alot of smoke on cold startups (blue and white) that goes away after all my cylinders kick in. I have 160000 miles on my truck.
