Im running a SD7.3 IC but would like to try a 6.0, bigger area and thicker core if I remember right. Also are talking about DIY or aftermarket?

Depends on what mods you have or plan on. Stock ...cheapest IC you can find is the best. Modded like mine IMO its a Tapercore.

I just grabbed a 99-03 all aluminum I/C for about 175 used. now i just need the leads on a set of pipes and a spyder and brackets. Any clues?

That make me feel good! I just picked up a '99 intercooler, both pipes, all boots and clamps + the hot side pipe, boots and clamps from an '04 for $40... Now looking for a "Y" pipe. This thing will never be done. (Plus my chip from Tony just came in, wife will kill me if I stay up and put it in tonight!)
