yes but you have to do some pipeing to get it go fit. other people will put there .02 in. i did it. it will take a weekend. if you have a 4x4 than you can use the 6.0 cooler but if you have a 2x4 and you have a sway bar you will have to drop the sway bar. if you use the cooler out of an 7.3 and you have a sway bar you still have to drop it. i used 3 or 4 in C channel and it worked. i used the heavy stuff and bolted it in with grade 8 bolts.
