How did you mount the seats? Did you drill new holes or used some type of adapter plate to line up to the stock holes. Any pics of the mounting means?
Due to the Super Duty seats sitting a little higher than the OE seats, using an adapter would have caused the seats to sit higher than I wanted.
Place the new seats (with uncut brackets) into the cab area once all OE seats and carpet was removed. Be sure the seat it not slid all the way to the front or rear. I chose a neutral position. From that you can get an idea of where you want them to sit. It just so happened for me that where I wanted them to sit would work great once I flattened the mounting brackets. That's why I cut the triangles out of them. Then, lay them flat and weld. Next, I placed them back into the cab and marked the holes with a Sharpie. I then drilled out those holes. Put the seats back in and bolt to the floor.
We just ran some 7/16" bolts through the floor and secured with lock nuts. This would be impossible with one person, so make sure you have someone in the cab to help you. You could go one step further and just tack the bolts to the floor from the under side of the truck, but I am hoping these seats never come back out again, so it wasn't that big of a deal to me. Plus, they're much less permanent this way if for some strange reason I needed to go back to OE seats.
I didn't take any pictures of the mounts, because there's just really nothing to see. Just a bolt through the floor.
You might want to ad something on the bottom side to keep the bolts from pulling threw in a accident.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the force from an accident will be applied to the seat belts, which are still attached in their OEM location. The only force applied to the seats would have to come in a side impact, at which point nothing is going to hold the seats to the body. Also, there is probably more surface area covered by the Grade 8 washers (under the Grade 8 bolts) than the stock mounts cover.
Please don't take that the wrong way though. I appreciate any feedback on this project, even if it is negative. That's the only way we can all learn, myself included.
man i had a completly different experience doing some super duty lariat seats- I wonder if they are different- The only front seat bracket i had to notch was the passenger inside bracket and the rear seat im still working on- It doesnt fit at all
well the rear fit i just had to shorten the brcket because of the subwoofer box behind the seat. i should have just ditched the music but the mid and mid amp are back there as well and im too lazy to redo it all. I just the people in the back will have to live with 3 inches less leg room.
this front bracket towards the inside of the car is the only one I had to hack.
The seats can go all the way back to where there is only inches of room for the rear pasengers and forward to where a 4 ft china man could reach the pedals. If i would have cut them to where they all mounted on the flats i would have been sitting in the rear seat. Im 6"4 250- Whats the range of motion like your your king ranch set-up?
Still need to trim the center consol a little bit to fit the floor better and figure out seat belts. Also the power motors work but they labor a little since they dont fit the floor perfectly- Im gonna play with them this week and see if I can get hem shimmed to where they glide nice and easy
Very nice job, I would LOVE this but mine has a grey int also

I sold this truck quite a while back or I would go out and snap some more pictures for you. I'm 6'3", so when I put them in, I put them in to fit me, but I think you're right, I proabably put mine back too far. My mother-in-law needed to borrow the truck one day and she couldn't reach the pedals, so it didn't happen. I'll refrain from any mother-in-law-proof jokes.
