knocking and smoking and missing after replacing injectors

after replacing my injectors truck ran fine, then a few days later starting knocking and smoking and missing after start up but would clear up after about 3 seconds. then did it while driving and killed. whats that sound like?

the last time it did it, it did not clear up it smoke so bad could not see behind me

how do i find which nozzle may be broken? or do i have to pull all of them?

Accually its sounds more like a copper washer fell off when you put them in. It will run fine for awhile until it burns up the bottom orange fuel oring then it starts dumping fuel straight to the cylinder cause in smoke and knock. You should be able to hear what side it is on by the smoking then pull that vc and start pulling injectors till you find wich one it is, it will be all black on the bottom of it.
