Lift

Hey guys,
I looking to get about 1 inch more of lift out of my front end (TTB). I've already done the add-a-leaf and had the springs re-shaped. i was wondering if anybody made longer shackles or something of that nature.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks

Re: Lift

If all you want is another inch of lift I would look into Tuff Country's 2.5 inch lift system and scrap the add-a-leaf; (with the add-a-leaf removed this would give you the height you want.) I have this kit installed on mine and am very happy with it. You can use your stock shocks and pitman arm, but you have to install drop brackets which are not hard to do. Also, if you added another inch of lift to what you have right now without drop brackets you may run into some serious alignment issues.

Re: Lift

Have you replaced all of the bushings w/new? That alone can give you one more inch.

Re: Lift

I all ready have the drop brackets installed but now I need another inch in order to align the wheels properly. Thats why I was wondering if I could just extend the shackles
