for a intercooler out of a super duty, they usually run around $200 or so on Ebay...there's a guy on this site that sells a kit with all necessary plumbing for around $595 (i think). Seems like that the cheapest route to go for a good working effective intercooler.
just an intercooler used I found mine out of a '99 PS for $200 but I don't know what pipes, boots, and clamps cost haven't got there yet
good luck

I have never really had an issue with heat, even with some of his nasty stuff. Been a few times pulling I had to back out but trying to maintain 80 on the pike with my rig loaded going up a long grade, but its never really been an issue. I would guess a man would need to spend around 5-6 hundred bucks for a pieced together system. I had a really nice banks set up andnever put it on, in fact I sold it.
my egts are REALLY high too...LOL!
luckily, I got a 2002 intercooler BRAND NEW, off ebay last week for
$120 shipped (I got lucky), so am looking to get the pipes and other
stuff together and set it in....

Yea me too RTX, lucked up on a 6.0 cac (used) for under 130.00 bucks shipped off of e-bay.....now got to create the funds for the pipes, boots and the y-pipe...and find the time to install.....it never ends
your sig. doesnt mention a gut CAT or EBPV. if you havent then theres at least 100 degrees and on the cheap as well.
