making progress on new body

Well i'm making progress, all the new tool boxes finally came in . I had to cut out the lower face and the support rod for the door closer of the front and rear compartments to get the tool boxes in thay just fit the door closer support just touches the top of the boxes. I cut 2 more holes for lights and bought new fuel fill holders. I have deceided to paint and clear the body than paint the chassie than mount ....I cant take my truck apart until i know it's not going to snow....check out the pix utility body pictures from trucks photos on webshots

Shure the truck has 5 fans 3 are cooling 1 is for the AC and the last one is for the trany cooler, the 3 cooling fans are controled by a ajustible fan controle relay that sends power to 3 40 amp relays that opperate the fans, I also have a manual over ride switch in the truck.... The AC fan runs whean the AC is on.... and the trany cooler fan is actavated by a switch in the truck....thay have been in use for 2-3 years with no real problems, I didnt have the over ride switch at first but I was pulling a excavetator on a trailer up a big hill on a 90+ degree day and the temp started to get up thier so i put the switch in to put the fans on early and avoid any problems... I also belive my MPG is better and she heats up a lot faster here are some pix #15,#18,#19 are the fans and relays and #30 shows the switches
