Well the long wait is finally over and my truck is back on the road. I still have an ear to ear grin since yesterday afternoon. I can't beleive how much more powerful the truck is now. Romping on the throttle is an incredible experience even at the stock setting, never mind in the extreme mode! I would certainly recommend any and all of the mods that I completed on my truck: DIY 130cc Stage 1 injector kit, 1.0 turbo housing, gutted EBPV, modded pedestal, DIY IDM mod, 6 pos TW chip, and new up-pipes and gaskets from Dale @Tymar. Next up is a SD I/C and SD HPOP. Thanks for all the great advice and help from everyone here on The Stop.
you need to let us know how that 1.00 exhaust housing does for towing something heavy.

1997 F250 HD started life with a 351 gas motor, now has a PSD from a 1996 Ambulance. 4'' Magnaflow SS exhaust, 3'' SS downpipe, TW chip, Stage 1 DIY injectors, IDM mod, BB mod, Tymar intake, Gutted ebpv. Soon to have dana 60 up front with 05 radius arms and air suspension.
I bought the chip used and it came with stock, econo, tow, heavy tow, wild & extreme. The truck that it came out of had similar mods ( intake, 4" exh, and Stage 1's). I will be sending the chip in for custom burning at some point. Probably when I do the I/C install. I tow a 24' TT that weighs in at 5-6K so I'll let ya know when I do that again. Hunting season is coming soon though.
i have similar mods but i did them a litttle here and there. just last weekend i got to drive it with all the welding equipment out of the back (2500lbs) for the first time and even then it is like night and day these trucks are almost scary fast for their age/weight
