New tranny question with 2.5 tons axles

I have a 1995 F-350 with 2.5 ton rockwells.I am putting a new tranny in it and have a question.I rerouted the Speed sensor and built a new toner ring right off the output shaft. It works Ok but I hate the wires a ring out in the open when I am mudding it gets covered. Is there any way I can put a 4r100 in with the built in speed sensor with no toner ring.Maybe with a compushift to tell it when to shift? Will it bolt up to the Motor and transfer case??
Thanks in advance,Woody
