Nitto Terra Grappler Tires

Are these tires good? Anyone here using them? Are the quiet on pavement compared to bfg a/t's?
My rear tires are going bald and the truck is damn near impossible to drive in the rain now. So unless someone knows where I can get some 285/75 r16's bfg a/t's for this
price Im going to have to get the nittos

Re: Nitto Terra Grappler Tires

I put some on my truck along with 10" rims. They ride a little rough. I dont know if it is the tires or because of the rims. Other then that they are wearing well and handle great........

Re: Nitto Terra Grappler Tires

i had 305 on my truck when i bought it, they were pretty new, but they wore kinda quick. they suck in thick mud, they cake right up and you will go nowhere. but i thought they were pretty good in the snow.

Re: Nitto Terra Grappler Tires

I have Nittos. I really miss my BFG ATs. The Nittos balance better but the BFGs are simply a better tire, especially in incliment weather.

Re: Nitto Terra Grappler Tires

I had a set of them at one time. I have the same answer as everyone else about them they suck in the mud and wear down fast. They weren't as loud as the coopers that I have know though. I am thinking of going with some 35" bfg a/t for my next set. What kind of mileage are ya'll getting out of bfg a/t's.
