not running very good

i was letting my truck sit and idle the yesterday for like 5 min and it started running all shaky and bouncy...i have beans stage 1 injectors...dp chip...and southbend clutch and a few other little things but i was wondering what could cause this to happen...then i started it up a few hours later and it idled fine...i havent driven it yet but i will tonight...so any ideas of what could be causing this would be appreciated...thanx

Plus a couple weeks ago i was pulling out into traffic and the boost just wouldnt go up and the truck was slower than stock...but it only did that one....any ideas?

Re: not running very good

next time it happens at idle pull out the plug from the icp sensor and see if the idle smooths out. also as cary said check your fuel pressure. get a buddy to help you step on the pedal and see what it does at idle and open throttle
