placing duallies and air suspension an a E350 Van

hi guys
can anyone tell me of their expreience on placing dualies and airsuspension an a swr
I have a van E350 with single rear wheels and would like to convert it to a dual rear wheels and add air suspension can anyone tell me where to get all the equipment to do it and what has been your experience with dualies versus single wheels and on air ride versus stock ride.
I thank you beforehand for your attention given to this matter

Re: placing duallies and air suspension an a E350 Van

the duals i think your best bet on that would be find a dually axle out of a E350 and swap it. they do make adapters to run duals but i dont know much about them

the air ride.

night and day differnce from springs after having it on a medium duty truck i did it on my 97 and it rides nicer than any truck i have ever ridden in. the auto adjustments for load, ability to manually adjust the ride hieght like to hitch and unhitch a trailer so you dont have to use the trailer jack, just raise it to full ride hieght, drop the foot, lower the susepension your out from under the trailer....

suicidedoors.com has the 4 bar kits that are made out of 2" .250 direct threaded DOM tubing with adjustable rubber bushing ends the rod ends will last a very long time and are better on the drive train than hiem joints cause hiem joints suck. i would get a 1.5" x.250 panard bar also, the one they have in there kit is a 1" .25 wall panard i know theres only a direct push pull on it but with how much i tow and how often i wanted the insurace of the 1.5" there. ive gt a 1t13c-3 firestone bag under the front and rear of the truck. i got the ride hieght valves and all the fittings from the local big rig shop. ive got about $1400 into the front and rear suspension. but now i will never own a truck that isnt air ride. it was worth every single penny. my motivation also on the rear air ride was to have the trailer jacking capabilities. since the powered jack for my trailer would have been about $1000 a piece for the big trailers and $400 for the small trailer. it would have been 3 big jacks and one little. so for less than half i have a setup that is much nicer to drive and still have the end result of what i wanted.

if you have any more questions let me know
