PML pan for E4OD...what filter??

Greetings,

I have read numerous threads re: PML vs. Mag Hytec E4OD pans and seem to have settled on the PML. So, my question is this:

With the added depth of the pan, do I still use the stock internal filter of is there another filter that reaches deeper into the pan that I have to buy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks, in advance!!!

4x4 filter, teh 4x2 is shorter. there is a tab in the pan to hold the filter in.

Nit is correct, use the 4x4......but, the supporting tabs cast in the pan are a bit short for my taste, I had to modify them a bit to get the contact I liked, no biggie but I'm picky like that.

Re: PML pan for E4OD...what filter??

The filters I've always bought are the 4x4 version (obviously as I have a 4x4). So I guess these will work for the deeper pan.

Thanks for the info guys!!
