tried last year to contact POWERSTROKESHOPor 3 days and 3 calls and left messages.at the end of the 3rd day they called.today i called this morning at 9 am and no return call.do you guys have the same problem with these guys?great prices but if you can't order it's not so great.thanks
I always used the "Contact" feature on the website rather than called....Bob always got back to be the next day at the latest...Many times the same day. Bob is no longer there so I am not sure if maybe the service is suffering???
Their service sucks, so I spend my money elsewhere. I've tried 3 different times to buy stuff from them and got hosed 3 times. There are other vendors that actually give a **** about customer service. Give them a try.
