Problems with White face Dash gauges from procarparts
Anyone else have the Faces quit lighting up? I have juice to all the little boxes and switches but they wont light up anymore.

I've had that happen a couple times... once i jiggled the wires and they came back on, the other time they just worked the next day. beats me [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]

LOL ya I probed all the wires with a test light and juice everywhere then I probed the wires going up to the faces themselves and they started working LOL [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]

Check the fuse holder that came with the kit. Mine was broke but held together enouth to keep the lights on(they worked sometimes, quit or flickered when you hit a bump, etc.) till it finally fell apart then I could trace it.

Honestly the look cool but their quality isn't the best in the world. I got one set that had one of the wires barely crimped into the connector and it came out. I installed a set in a friend's truck and they go out every now and again then just come back on with no rime or reason.

My lights work fine. the only thing I would like is it to be all 1 piece and block out the light around the needles better. I used electrical tape.

Well I tried several times to get enough guys to commit to buy from new Image but Only had like 10 people and new Image wanted 40 so there ya are, Your stuck with the Cheepo Procarparts ones cause there were too many El-cheepos and not enough Takers.

Sounds like a good question. I seem to remember that you can get a white-face heater panel for a mustang that matches the white face guages and fits our trucks but if they are junk I don't want any.

you can get the heater/ac face for our truck style. I got mine off of Ebay and it matches the dash pretty good (Brighter Colors) it was like 24 bucks shipped.
