Getting ready to install my pyrometer and I was wondering if I should use some sort of anti-seize, or thread sealer when install the pyro into my exhaust manifold?

No just screw it in the threads should be fine. The fitting on your probe should be brass and brass does not require sealant. Plus you don't want anything to have a chance to go into your turbo.
