Hey everybody just wondering, I'm considering a 2"body lift for my truck. I'm not really unhappy with the ride since I don't get to drive it very often,so it seems that the body lift is an option.
Has anyone ever used one? Any cons to it?
I wouldn't put a body lift on a push mower. IMO, it is a sub-grade lift and will cause issues down the road.

sorry, I assumed the original poster had thought out any consequences about hauling anything in the bed riding on 2" spacers...didnt think of that....and I certainly wouldnt want anyone to do the lift kit without mentioning that aspect......sorry

I've had a 3" lift on for 3 or 4 years. I really don't haul anything in the bed except for the 1500# of steel for truck pulls, otherwise it's just a driving truck.
I have had 0 problems due to the lift. In fact, I consider it one of the best mods I've done. It gives easy access to so many things, and creates room for so many mods, I love it.
But it's not for everyone, and if you plan on hauling with your truck I would think twice about it, too.

Thanks for the replys, sorry that it took me so long to reply back (haven't been able to get to a computer).
I don't haul much anymore since changing careers its mostly just a drive around truck. If there is very much weight involved for something to be moved around I'm going to use a trailer anyway so I don't consider that to be a setback. About th most thats going in the bed is a couple of dirtbikes I have not put 1500# in it since I don't know when.
