Question about my swapped Dana 60 ride height

Hey guys. Just bought another psd. Last one was an f250 cc auto, ttb with a leveling kit. Looked awesome. This is another f250, zf5 with king pin swap in the front. I've heard that after doing the swap, the front end should sit higher than before. Mine is pitched forward. Nothing crazy just looks stock. I plan on a 4" lift for it, and wonder will that correct the ride height or will I have to raise the front more? Are the leads just worn and it should be sitting level? Total noob question but would appreciate the insight. Thanks

D

Question

Not sure about the springs. The fronts are almost convexed. They sag a lot more than my previous ps. Is there a different number of leafs to identify or..? A lift will come with new springs. There's no blocks in the back; it's stock height and the front is lower. As an example, I've got 33" tires (32.8" by calculation) and when I turn, tires come within centimeters from the bumper. The lift I want to buy is a 4" and it's used... Price is right. If the springs on that are shot could I have them re-bent? If not ill buy a new 6". I have a 1990 f250 5.8 with 6" and 38's. sits level and rides like a cloud compared to the psd...
