RPM Outlet

I was ready to buy a DP and CAT delete frpom RPM Outlet but was told their product and customer service is the pits. Anyone here have any advice for me regarding a DP and CAT delete from them?
Are their lower prices an indicator of what their selling?

Thanks.

Get a complete 3-4" dn pipe and exhaust system from Tymar. While your at it get a Tymar intake. Great service! Good prices!

X2 on Cary's post. I ordered a 5" kit from RPM and it took over a month for it all to show up. (3 different boxes) Bummed out for Christmas is the pits. And to boot, the exhaust didn't fit. MAJOR PINA.

You can give any one of the vendors on this forum a call. Most have a reputation that is admirable, but a few don't. Being a sponsor here, I can't remark on any other vendor(s) in particular, but general members can. I'd suggest you put up a post asking who's reputable for an exhaust order and go from there.

Good luck.

I went the happy Tymar route as well.

Let me warn you now about RPM. Don't do it! I know a LOT of mustang guys that have been extremely unhappy with RPM outlet in the past. I'm sure they've had some happy customers, but I know so many unhappy people that would steer any intelligent person away. Just don't do it.

My first 4" system was from them. It was to have a c delete pipe [and I asked them a few times and they said yes] So it did not come with it and it was 60.00 extra [took a month to get] YES IMHO THEY SUCK.

I ordered a DP and delete pipe from them. They charged my credit card, and it took 3 weeks for the DP to show up. The delete part never did. They kept giving me the run around, "Oh, it left today." "We don't know what happened." Well, they are an hour away, I told them if they didn't credit my card for the delete pipe I was gonna pay them a visit. Two days after that it was done. RPM outlet is terrible, stay away from them. Just my opinion.

And if that isn't enough to convince you to avoid dealing with RPM Outlet then you should read some of these reports:
