Well, its actually been done for a while, but now I have some pictures showing the kit on the truck for (round 2). Instead of angling the bracket in the front of the truck like it was, I decided that I should do it the way I probably should have done it in the first place.
I used a plasma cutter to cut the bumper mounts off and slide the bracket forward. I then welded a few more 1/4" steel pieces to the bracket for support, and then welded the bumper mounts back to the bracket in their original place, only on top of the bracket. It looks rough, I still need to paint it and hit it with a grinder a bit (I'll try to get more pictures of that later, once I take the bumper off).
I also want to thank everyone on this website who has ever posted anything about doing this swap. The truck rides incredible!
Oh, the tires no longer rub at all, what a wonderful thing. Let me know what you guys think, pics are in the webshots in my sig.

They are V codes off of a 2001 F350 dually. The truck was actually at the shop I got them from so I looked on the inside edge of the door and it said 5200lbs I am pretty sure that means V codes. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

5200* are V codes..now get B or F codes for the rear what did you for shocks?
It also looks like you didn't move the front mount far enough..you will need to get a shorter than stock length DS for the front. Your rear..looks like stacked blocks?
Love those lights !

No, the rears are just 5.5" non-tapered blocks. Yea the driveshaft is going to have to be shortened probably an inch. I called a driveshaft shop and they told me $75, can't argue there.

Hey Matt, truck looks great. I wonder why I did not have any rubbing issues when I angled my brackets. Good Job!! I have my truck in 2 to 3 million pieces, I'm installing my diy fuel system.

Did you ever get your driveshaft back on the truck?
Matt
Yeah, I used my original driveshaft, it's a long story, but we had snow in the forecast, so while it was snowing I decided to shorten my driveshaft and reweld myself . I did the yoke alignment by eye and put her in and much to my surprise, it did not vibrate, well maybe a little at 30 mph, but not bad at all. I still dont have a yoke for my double cardan shaft, Kurt (spaceballs) sent me a t\c yoke that he had, but it didnt fit the t\c it was 31 spline and I need 32, it did fit the cardan joint.
O'yeah, the following moring I installed the driveshaft and by 10am the whole 1" of snow melted. It snowed a few inches on Thursday and my truck was in the shop at work while I was installing the fuel system, so I have not used the 4x4 yet.
I will probably end up using this driveshaft until I get some extra time to work on the double cardan shaft. I wish I had a local drive line shop that could do mine for $75.00.
Since my truck has been down while installing my fuel system I have been using a woork truck (97 F-250 PowerStroke) and noticed I dont feel anything in the steering wheel and in my truck I notice a little feedback, not like bump steer but the work truck is smoother. I wonder if I have to much + castor, I took it to a local shop to get it aligned and he couldnt do it with 35's or couldnt get it on the rack or something like that. How does your steering wheel feel if you hit a small bump, does your wheel move at all ? Thanks Matt
Frank

I have a little bit of bump steer, but I always thought that was because I don't have a steering stabilizer.
Yea I went to one alignment shop that just flat out could not fit my truck on the rack. They also wanted 80$ for the alignment!!! I ended up going to a big time truck alignment shop and having the guy tell me that I don't know what I am doing and that I really screwed the truck up, but they only charged me 55$.

Cary, do you really think that my RSK is still too far back? I thought it was ok once the rear shackles were almost straight up and down. I also actually stuffed one the 35's completely to the top of the wheel well (accident, got really really stuck in 2wd) and they never rubbed.
But so your saying the stock driveshaft should have fit?
Matt
