Shocks, Edelbrock AIS

Looking for some new shocks both front and rear, I was looking at the AIS's but the one summit has listed for 96 f-250 rear is EDL-20144, wich is also listed for F-150's. These are on sale for 19.98 so if there right I want to get them. Anyone using them know what number they used? I can't find one listed for the front so #s for it would be great also.

Any other comments on which shocks to get are welcomed

Thanks, Jeff

Re: Shocks, Edelbrock AIS

I finally found it here It looks like I need a 3391 for the front and 3454 for the rear.

Anyone one with AIS shocks (or any other they like) have any comments on them before I buy.

Thanks, Jeff

in edit I should add I'm also thinking about making a double shock mount for the front and using lighter duty shocks. Any opinions.
Thanks

Re: Shocks, Edelbrock AIS

before you buy, inquire about shock boots.
i got my explorer shocks from summit on a buy 3 get 1 free deal, and they came w/o boots, so I had to go buy them locally.... they were like $5 each as I recall.

Re: Shocks, Edelbrock AIS

the edlebrock shocks come with boots.

i'm running the twin tube ias shocks and i really like them. they have a smooth, controlled ride to them.
