Well,
It is getting to be clutch time for my 94. I cant decide between the con O or the FE? I will be adding intercooler, stage 1's and a chip- however I use the truck almost exclusively for towing/ hauling and some hunting on back roads. I want smooth-not grabby. Will the the regular Con O be sufficient or should I do the next one up the line(FE).?

With Stage 1's and a chip (and towing with them), you might want to go for the Con-OFE. The Con-O is supposed to be good up to 350 HP, but maybe you want some wiggle room? Cheers!
I am still a little concerned about the OFE- I back the #8000 trailer a bit. I see quite a few people have the Con O with stage 1's. Any other opinions?
