97 F250 HD 7.3 psd tb. 123k. 2" lift w/33's With your on going help I have already had much success tackeling various problems myself. Now I wish to bring the front suspension and steering up to par. Assuming I have made all needed repairs to steering linkage, i.e. ball joints, tie rods, bushings etc, and still have excessive play at the steering wheel, Do I look to the steering gear box and replace it?. Or, is there an internal adjustment in the existing box? What could be other contributing factors to this problem of excessive wheel play?. Is adding a steering stabilizer bar a given when running 33's. And may I say to whomever is running the show concerning 'Diesel Stop.com'. It's an awesome, awesome tool in my own meager little tool box. Thanks to all!! Lipe1
