Re: superduty mirrors on obs
I know it has been done. I believe they took out the vent window and welded in to fill it and then mounted the mirrors.

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
I have seen two in person, they take the place of the wing windows....Only problem I would be concerned with is it looks like it creates a heck of a blind spot...

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
I remember the posts on it (as described above). The resulting "look" is not for everybody. Cheers!

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
The RV style mirrors should get you out at least that far, if not further. Plus you keep your wing windows and maintain that OBS look!

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
If you go with the RV mirrors just be carfull. If you hit them on anything it can total the door.
BTW - I am looking for a good driver side door.

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
What about the ones that slide over the paddle style mirrors, not sure who makes them, but they work good I hear

Re: superduty mirrors on obs
JC carries them, I have em they help quite a bit as the paddles arent very good but vibration is really annoying and they shake pretty good

That makes quite a blind spot. I'd rather be able to see what's in front of me than what's behind me.
