315/75's will fit but you get a lot of sidewall bulge and will wear out the center of the tread unless you run the tire pressure so low that you risk damaging the sidewall. A lot of guys have run them that way with no problems but I wouldn't recommend it. Neither a tire or wheel manufacturer will recommend anything wider that a 255 on a stock 7" wheel. For 345, 355 or 385's you will need a wider wheel.
