Best thing I have found is to Get a super duty Cooler and mount it in the Bumper behind the 4 retangular Holes. Works out Great.

That exhaust sounds good. Ive got one from and Excursion it bolted up fairly nice, swing by and check it out sometime. I cant get it over 150deg.

I've got the tru cool 28,000lb cooler stacked plate design and have had really good luck with it mounted it in front of the radiator. I have never seen temps over 180. Just another option.

that much$$, a tru-cool 4590 only cost $140 CDn so add 20% it's still cheaper , you should be able to find one for about $100.
