UPDATE: boy do i have problems

ok my last post was about my concern with loosing 500psi from my hpo over the last few days. this morining i go fire up the truck, set chip to high idle and let her run for about 15 min. jump in to head out and CEL. trucks running great, and the chip is still working fine(checked diff settings ect). shut her down and restart, no CEL but man, idle is jumping from 500 to 800 rpms. chip is not working. truck is smokin like a frieght train(kind of normal though). running down the hyway its serging pretty bad. it sets all day at work. fire it up, runs smooth but CEL. chip still working. shut her down, restart no CEL. idle is at 1000 to 1100rpms, all the way home. and chip not working again. surging still.
i'm leaning twards IPR, but how do you tell if it needs just O rings, or relace the IPR?

or anyother ideas??

Gotta pull the codes. If it set CEL then there is a code in there. Get it and see what is says, my guess is ICP.
