What's up with SP Diesel?

I ordered their version of the Tymar intake over two weeks ago, and still haven't received it. I've called and called without ever getting ahold of anyone. Finally got ahold of someone through email and they said it had been sent. Anyone else had trouble getting their products in a timely manner?

I've not delt with them. But maybe your can get them to give you a tracking number. The tracking number will also let you know when it's expected to show up. Just a thought.

I bought one of their EBP dongles last spring. It took them almost a month before I got it. I ain't going back, there are to many other vendors that sell the same products and understand customer service. Re: What's up with SP Diesel?

Oh no I tried that. I sent 4 emails telling them I wanted a tracking number after they had told me that the product had been sent. I'm really starting to get annoyed. Maybe I should've spent the extra money and went to Dale. That's what I'll be telling everyone from now on.

Re: What's up with SP Diesel?

I sent my stage 1 box back for repair 2 months ago and he keeps telling me he is working on a new and better product and will replace it but I just wanted my box fixed but he insisted I get this new thing but nothing yet I pretty much have said F-it.

Re: What's up with SP Diesel?

The whole situation is ridiculous. I'll give them one more week for my stuff to get here. After that I'm demanding a refund, and they're going to pay for shipping to get their damn intake back. Maybe I'm making this into too big of a deal, it just really pisses me off that no one there can answer the damn phone.

Re: What's up with SP Diesel?

I have never talked to them on the phone, only e-mail and that is just when they want to I guess. You are doing the right thing some of the vendors just don't do as they should and people should know.

Re: What's up with SP Diesel?

Should have called Dale................Sorry about the bad fortune.

Personally for me if Dale sells it, I'll buy from him. Can't beat his service and he's got very good prices. Not to mention he is just a real good, honest guy to deal with.

I know I know...I'm new to this whole thing. I should've listened to everyone's advice. Live and learn.
